Love affair with HongKong(HK 2010 ver.1)

After coming back from HongKong for almost a month I think its high time to share this such another amazing ,memorable and happy experience that I've felt when I visited this ultra modern city altogether with my side trips to China and Macau.
Weeks before my trip ,I felt not that excited to go to this city maybe because there was this anxiety that I won't receive a warm welcome from my cousins due to my frequency to their country.
February 28 my flight scheduled at around 4:40pm excited yet a bit anxious to board the plane a bit frustrated with my other mobile phone network which can't have international roaming don't know what's the cause. At around 7pm I arrived at Chek Lap Kok International Airport I send an SMS to my eldest cousin Yonny and told her that Im aboard the airport bus(A22) going to Kwun Tong .There I was met by my cousin-in-law Dan where I also stayed for the rest of my HK journey.I spent most of my time in HongKong going to some shopping haven like MongKok,Tsim Sha Tsui and the electronics and computer mecca Sham Shui Po.I also visited some high end malls such as the Festival Walk in Kowloon Tong and Harbour City in TST bought some stuff mostly music memorabilia.Search some sports stuff at Citygate(Tung Chung)and some outlet shops in Kwun Tong .Also went to IKEA store in Telford Plaza in Kowloon Bay where I want to buy some furniture and home fixtures but unfortunately they're too bulky and heavy so I just settled to buy a couple of small items and tasted some treats in their cafe like the famous Swedish meatballs.
Some of the new and memorable experiences were my first airsoft shooting experience with the Hong Kong Airsoft Shooting Association which was made possible by my cousin Dan.Another was watching a Cantonese pop concert inside the HongKong Coliseum which I don't understand what they're singing nor saying but what I'm really interested in is the interior of the coliseum and watch how the sea of HongKong people have fun.
As a foodie,we have all known modern HongKong cuisine and even street food is a potpourri of best food modern ,fusion and traditional emanating from east to west.I usually have my lunch out as my cousins went to work I went strolling and lurking the busy streets of Kowloon and even the island proper there I always search for lunch sometimes I ate at some working class joint or I ate at the supermarkets, fancy restaurants and even the infamous food courts.Everyday before I go back to the place where I'm staying I feasted on some of Hongkong's signature street food like the curry balls ,stinky tofu ,braised cold pork innards.Dan even brought me to this famous tofu house the place is not that great ambiance wise but it was packed with people and even tourists. And nights before I went back to the Manila, every night was a dinner date with my cousins like eating hotpot(shabu-shabu),buffet ,some fancy Japanese food.I capped my Hongkong food trip by having lunch with my cousin Yonny's husband Jo in a hotel buffet.
Shopping wise I just searched for Cd's,some accessories for some of my gadgets however I don't buy that much but most of the time I hunt for pasalubongs(gifts)for friends .
The constant evolution of this city is unyielding so each time that I went here I always saw and encountered new and exciting things and experiences.HongKong never ceases to amaze me and I would say I've really fell in love with it.So till my next visit all I can say is "HongKong Lovin It".
